Roberta Robin has returned for her annual visit again this year…..and like last year, she arrived, made her own bed, and never offered to pay…but she didn’t demand breakfast and offered to sing for her room. She also offered to great other human guests as they arrived, provided they didn’t get closer than 5 feet. Since her bedroom is on the front porch and without walls, what else could you expect? While there, she decided to give birth to three new hatchlings and is asking if they can be included in the free board. After one look into her neat bed, we decided she could stay as long as she continues to sing and her male friend keeps bringing in his share of the inroom breakfasts. Are we being too kind?
“There was not enough room on my comment card to express the quality of the B&B and the hospitality we received!! This was my first time at a B&B and it was totally fantastic. The rooms, their decor, the history of the B&B was wonderful and very interesting. I commented several times on the cleanliness, great food and our hosts Florian and Aggie couldn’t have done a single thing more to make us feel both comfortable and wanted. From the moment we walked in the door until the moment we left (we stayed 2 nights in 2 different rooms) we felt the love that these 2 share for each other AND their guests they both simply glow with pride over their home and what they do with it. We definitely want to go again and our experience even inspired me to send them a thank-you card (and we both hugged Aggie when we left!!) It was truly a memorable weekend a girls get-away which couldn’t have been any better!!”
